All sessions are conducted via online video call or telephone.
It is important that you feel comfortable to work with me and so to help you with this I offer a free 25 minute initial session. During this time we will discuss what help and support you would like from counselling and any concerns or questions you have. This will give you the opportunity to decide if counselling is the right form of support and if I am the right person for you.
Each individual session lasts for 50 minutes, usually on a weekly basis, and depending on what you feel is best for you I am able to work with you short-term over a period of a few weeks or on a longer term basis. We will work at the pace you feel comfortable and our work together will be reviewed regularly to make sure we are both on the same page and working towards your goals.
